Jessica McDonald
MANAGING DIRECTOR / OWNER
With over 20 years of experience, Jessica began her career in tourism at Fahlgren Advertising, representing the VISIT FLORIDA ad account before embarking on a career in destination marketing at Visit Tampa Bay. At Visit Tampa, Jessica helped lead marketing efforts across public relations, digital, promotions, convention, film, and sports. She facilitated creative marketing campaigns to secure major group and convention bids, including Tampa Bay's successful Super Bowl bid.
Jessica was later sought by Marriott International to direct marketing and eCommerce for the Central Florida region, working with all Marriott brands. She launched successful brand partnerships and in 2010, Jessica moved to the UK where she continued consulting for Marriott International, her first client which led to Jessica starting her own company.
As director of Voyage, Jessica has consulted major UK tourism brands, including Destination Bristol, to lead the city's London Olympic marketing campaign. She has also rebranded UK destinations and attractions, while also working to promote sustainable tourism through work with The Travel Foundation, an international sustainable tourism charity. Jessica's specialties lie in social media, digital, eCommerce, PR, creative, brand development, and hotel business consulting.
Andrew May

Working with Voyage since its creation in 2012, Andrew is the brains behind our social media advertising, reporting, and analytics. He works closely with our dedicated representatives at Facebook and Sprout, keeping up-to-date with all industry updates and receiving specialist training on a regular basis to ensure we keep our clients ahead of their comp sets. Andrew originally assisted all aspects of hotel marketing and is the best at offering an honest approach to big wins for individual properties. Andrew has expert knowledge of our individual client accounts and knows how to generate results that really matter. Andrew manages all company operations, and with over a decade of business and finance experience, brings Voyage a real results-driven focus.
Tom Johnson-Sabine

With over a decade of marketing experience in the hospitality and travel industries, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge to the Voyage team. Prior to joining us in 2019, he headed up the marketing team for leading London hotels, and before that at one of the UK’s foremost specialist travel companies.
Tom has an in-depth knowledge of the UK hospitality market and is highly experienced in devising and implementing effective strategies that deliver strong returns on investment. He’s stewarded multiple successful website and booking engine launches, implemented effective guest loyalty strategies, led the launch of campaigns for new hotel openings, and led successful hotel rebrands. Tom has a special knack for performance analytics and reporting.
